I am Tony Chen (TCPhotos), a sports and portrait photographer based out of Sacramento, California. With a sharp eye for timing, emotion, and detail, I capture powerful moments both in competition and in carefully crafted portraits.

I contribute to NBA Photos as a freelancer. I also work with semi-professional sports teams, high schools, and colleges, documenting athletes and teams.
